Appraisal help needed please

Hi,
I live in Arizona, USA. My brother, sister, and I own 1/6 share of an apartment
in Sparti. Our uncle wants to buy us out and he claims the apartment is worth
$58,000 U.S. dollars. We believe it may possibly be worth more.
I was wondering anyone here can direct me to a local realtor in Sparti that would be able
to check the apartment for us and give us an estimate of what it's worth.
My aunt said the address is 25 Nikourgou. Not sure of the spelling. Please let
me know if more information is needed. My siblings and I all reside in the US and it's
difficult for either one of us to take a trip to greece to find out ourselves.
